Centerpieces, table vases, OOT bags, oh my! Check out some of my non-paper good DIY projects, as they are completed, below...
Table Vases & Reception Centerpieces
We're DIYing our own floral decor (minus the bouquets and bouts). Neither one of us are big flower people, nor do we want to drop several thousand on flowers that will die within a week. We both love the look of floating flower petals/heads, so we decided to do our own.
The floating flower bowls will be placed on each of our reception guest tables. The vases will be used on our sweetheart table and the tables for cocktail hour.

Garter
I ordered a pre-made garter from Etsy seller hellodesigncrew, then added the bow and fish charm.
Mr & Mrs Hurricane
Will be lit up with a candle at our sweetheart table - it reads "MyFirstName & HisFirstName OurLastName" (sorry, gotta protect the privacy).
In Memoriam Vase
We plan to have a white rose for each name in the vase for the ceremony and reception. We can use this later as a candle holder in their memory.
Baskets Galore
I found honey-toned straw weave baskets for the various paper goods that we'll have out. I simply added navy silk ribbon and pretty labels (courtesy of my hot glue all-star rickylee!).
Cardbox
I found this plain white DIY cardbox at Pac-a-tans in Ohio. It already had the white silk ribbon on it - all I did was add navy and tan silk ribbons and a pretty label.
ETA - I'm changing the label from "Cards" to "Mr & Mrs"..."Cards" just wasn't sitting well with me.

Water Bottles
These will be going in our OOT Welcome Bags, which will be handed out as guests check into the hotel.
Bridal Bouquet Charms
I made photo charms of both my grandmothers, and my FI's youngest brother, all who have passed away. I'll be sewing this on the ribbon wrap of my bouquet the morning of the wedding, so they will be there with us when we say our vows.
Bridal Party Jewelry
As part of their gift from me, I made my bridal party jewelry to wear on the day of the wedding. Each girl will recieve a pair of pearl drop earrings, and either a ribbon-tie necklace or ribbon-tie bracelet (depending on the neckline of their dress). The ribbon will be navy, but is run through eyelit loops, so that the girls can switch out ribbons after the wedding and wear the set again with any outfit.
Bridal Party Bouquet Wraps
A mock-up of what they will look like. Yes, I'm aware that it's wrapped around a hairspray bottle.
My amazing BP and I will be putting the wraps on the night before the wedding during our pre-wedding slumber party. Hopefully we do these before the martinis, not after.
