Save The Date Postcards
I designed the postcards using Microsoft Publisher and had them printed via 123print.com. The photos were taken by my MOH during a visit to see my family - he asked for my parent's blessing the next day and proposed six months later.
Pocketfold Invitations
I love the look of pocketfold invites, especially when you have a lot of info to include in your invitation. Over 80% of our guests are OOT, so we had a lot of info to include.
There are a lot of amazing girls out there that make their own pocketfolds. I'm not one of them. I'd run out of time and drive myself crazy. Instead, I found very affordable pocketfolds online, and put the rest together myself using cardstock and my trusty photoprinter.
You can see the outside to your left, with the monogram for our wedding.
We printed our own mailing labels. Sure, I know you're supposed to hand print them or have them calligraphied, but a) my handwriting is lousy, and b) I really wanted to include the pretty vintage graphics.

Rehearsal Dinner Invitations
We're holding our rehearsal in the morning, followed by a bridesmaid lunch at the beach. My FILs are hosting a rehearsal dinner later that evening at one of our favorite local restaurants.
Fan Programs
We will be holding an outdoor ceremony, so we figured fan programs would double as cooling devices. Plus, it's super fun to flip the blades around.
Each inside blade is printed on white cardstock, and blanketed by navy cardstock. I used a corner rounder for the corners, and bronze brads to hold it all together.

Favors
In leiu of favors, we decided to donate to the American Cancer Society. We both lost grandparents to the disease, so it's a cause dear to our hearts.
Instead of placing cards at each seat, we will have a sign next to our guest book explaining the donation, with a basket of cards that has an explanation, as well as a ribbon pin for cancer awareness that guests can take as they want.

Table Numbers
We will be using a different sea creature for each table number. All the creature images are the antiqued sketches, converted to navy blue.
Table Explanation Cards
These small cards will go in table number holders on each table. They will give a little fact or two about the creature that is their table number, and why we picked it - hopefully, our guests can learn a little more about us that way, as some of the family are meeting each other for the first time at the wedding.
Menu Cards
We'll have one of these on each plate, along with the Mad Lib cards.
Mad Lib Cards
We'll have one of these at each plate, and several pens on each table. We've already had friends request multiple cards so they can do more than one. There will be a basket in the lobby for people to put their completed Mad Libs in.
Thank you SO MUCH to Knottie katanne for such an awesome DIY idea!

Bar Sign
Otherwise know as our "please don't drive home f*ed up" sign.
Restroom Signs
We'll be having restroom "freshening up" baskets at our reception venue, but I wanted a little something to jazz them up.
Just In Case...
I love tissue packets at weddings...it's always a cute touch. I made enough for about half of the guests we're expecting...
Reserved Seating Signs
These will be on the ceremony chairs for the parents and grandparents of the bride and groom.
Bridal Suite Sign
Pretty self-explanatory. :)
Other Invitations
As most of our guests are coming in from out of town, we'll be hosting a few smaller events during the weekend, so that we have a chance to spend quality time with the people who traveled in for the big day. We're including the following cards in the OOT Welcome Bags that will be handed out as guests check into the hotel.
